John & Björn

Director duo John Boisen and Björn Fävremark are based in Gothenburg, the music capital of Sweden, where they started their career making music videos for a variety of Swedish artists and bands. Gradually, they began to work in several different segments; commercial films, short fiction and documentaries. What they believe have defined their filmmaking is a documentary basis for storytelling, with a cinematic visual style.

John and Björn have won awards for their feature documentaries, short films and commercial projects. Their primary base have been Scandinavia but they have shot projects all around the world. In recent years they have focused more on fiction, and more specifically developing thriller and horror projects.
